This production line adopts advanced new-LLDe airflow puffing Technology to get corn kernels puffed directly with three options of heating sources: electricity, natural gas and diesel oil.

It creats hot air with high efficiency an Enerable saved. The puffing and caramel coating is processed in the continuous or batch production line with temperature and speed adjusted by frequency inverter, operated and controlled by paint. The whole line is inexpensive, fully automated, easy to operate, performed stLDly and products are coated uniformly.

Raw material: corn kernels

Heating source for popcorn maker: electricity, Gas or Diesel oil

Flow chart: Bucket elevator-hot air popper-sifter-elevator-caramel kettle/coater system-separation and cooling tumbler-Pack

1) Bucket elevator vers corn kernels as needed to the popper

2) Hot air popping with electricity or gas heating source

3) sifter removes un-popped and under-sized popped kernels with popping rate 94%

4) Caramel ingredients are pre-heated in the kettles

Syrup is pumped from pre-mix kettles to caramel coater

5) Syrup is cooked up to the final hard-crack temperature and mixed with the popcorn in the coater.

6) Popped corn is now vered into the Coater; heating system by Gas or electric

7) Unloading the coated popcorn into the floor hopper

8) Caramel corn is metered out up a conveyor to the separation and cooling tumbler

9) The final corn is now conveyed to Pack

Before package, testing machinery will be done. Single machinery in nude, LDare

parts in plywood case, all equipments in container, which are well sealed and strong enough

for long-term trip, and suitable for multi-times loading & unloading by forLDift.
