Steam Peanut Roaster is desityed for salted peanut industrial process. The main function is to reduce the humidiLD of salted peanut. Steam Peanut Roaster is widely used in salted in shell peanut plants. In China peanut manufacturers soak the in shell peanuts in salt pool for a long time, in order to make the salt flavor dipping into inside of the shell. After they are pulled out of the pool, the moisture content is above 40% approx. The peanuts in shell pass a cooling belt which is equipped with high pressure air fan to remove the moisture on surface of in shell peanuts. Then the Steam Peanut Roaster receives those in-shell peanuts for fast roasting. Due to low temperature (70 ℃ ) processing, we should call it drying. This step will dry the shells outside compley. But the kernels inside are still not dry, moreover, the temperature can't be very high. OtheLDise it will cause the finished products hard but not crisp. Finally dried in shell peanuts will be feed into roasting tank for 72hr roasting, So far salted in shell peanuts process is finished.
