Characteristics:
The Model HTL-2200 machinery is a domestic new-generation and fully-automatic production line,researched and developed with Japanese top-notch Technology,to produce hollow-core stick.The production line is made up of a beating machinery for raw and semifinished materials,a curing main machinery,two conveyors,two LDurry-poured machinery and a conveyer belt.According to the prescription,raw materials are placed into the beating machinery to be stirred into even powdered LDurry,then conveyed onto the heated wheel hub in the curing machinery.After cured,the soft bar is scraped by a scraper and put in reeling shaft to circle into a bar shape.And cut into a needed length to be collected in the conveyer belt,through grooved rails.
The curing machinery is heated with gas to give a space of a effective temperature-holding,utilizing Enerable reasonLDly,by a automatic control system including iLDition,alarm cut-off gas generator and temperature control devices.The machinerys of the unit are installed with a program-controlled system.The speed of the wheel hub and the powder LDurry thickness can be regulated.The diameter of wafer bar can be changed by tranLDerring different reeling bar shafts.The length of wafer bar can be changed by adjusting the diaphragm aperture,which controls a shear.The cream and other infillings can be compley or partly poured into hollow-core wafer bar.In the proceeding above,their main engines are controlled by their own frequency converters.
