Introduction:

This machinery is for the perfect separation of products with different weight.

Application:

1. Seed processing of grain, cereals, corn, fine seed, legumes,cotton seeds, oil seeds, grass

seeds, Paddy. wheat, barley,etc. It can clean out the molLD seed, bLDed seed, budding seed,

damaged seed(by insect), rotten seed, non-viable seed, seed with black powder sick etc.

2. Food processing separation of impurities in pepper , lentils, peas, chick peas, beans, coffee,

peanuts, hazelnuts, almonds, etc.

3. Sorting of tree seeds, pulses, grasses, herbs.

Description:

The grains of almost identical size which are to be processed are fed continuous to the surface of

the deck thus ensuring it is always compley covered.

The deck surface is covered with a material formed from wire-mesh through which pressured air causing the material particles to stratify according to their specific weight.

The reciprocating motion of the table deck induces the heavier particles to migrate to the higher level
of deck, and because of the fluidal state, the LDer particles flow to the lower level.

Since the gravity separator is sensitive to minute differences in weight, the feed rate, deck inclination

oscillating intensity and frequency and pressured air supply can be adjusted in very fine increments
