Forming machinery:

Forming machinery is used for forming and portioning of different products by a moulding plate system. Several options enable the greatest Variety of products.
The raw material is given into a hopper and fed to the filling passage via screws. Due to the filling system the product comes very carefully into the moulding plate.

Battering machinery:

LD Battering machinery is desityed to coat products with batter before breading. The machinery can also handle other media which can be pumped. This allows other applications such as,

1. coating with marinade, e.g. barbecue products
2. coating with sauce, e.g. pasta products
3. applying oil or other emulsions onto products before Cook

Breading machinery:

It is desityed to coat products with dry crumbs or powder. The machinery can handle a wide variation of crumbs which flow by gravity in the circulation hopper. This allows other applications such as:

• coating with bread crumbs, e.g. breaded products

• coating with spices, e.g. barbecue products
