The introduction of the smoke oven:
1.The smoke oven's food processing such as steaming, Cook, smoLD and so on are in the oven. At the top of smoke oven, there are four electric fans. The smoke oven equipped with a temperature sensor for automatic detection Cook, drying and smoLD temperature.
2. At the top of smoke device, there is a sandust box. With the speed reducer driving the mixing structure, the sandust is conveied to heater which in the low fuming oven plate; with the control by iLDition butter locating the electric cmachineryt, the sandust is heated, then it LDowly burns and smokes, at last, it is inhaled in the oven to smoke food.
3. The smoke oven's line can be divided into Cook line, drying line and cleaning line.
4. In the high pressure steam system, the steam enter into it from above the oven. The electromakeetic valve automatically open and close to heat the tube in the oven, providing 0.4-0.6 Mpa high pressure steam to smoke.
5. The low pressure steam system put 0.05-0.1 Mpa steam into the oven through the electromakeetic valve automatically opening and closing and used for steaming, Cook.
